Unlike wine and spirits, sake is best enjoyed fresh. Breweries stamp the bottling date on every release, and the closer to that date we drink the sake the better it tastes.

The first Aftertaste event of the year features labels submitted to the Joy of Sake tasting in Tokyo on November 8. These sakes were bottled less than two months before we'll taste them in Honolulu on December 13.

Donation sake will be available for Holiday gifts.

Reservations may be made online through the following link: Aftertaste Online Ticket Purchase or call Pua at 222-0195. All sales are final and attendance is limited to 70 persons.

Aloha,
Joy of Sake Ohana
