A series of “Aftertaste” events is held every year to give sake enthusiasts an opportunity to delve deeper into the nuances of sake appreciation. Each event begins with a 10-minute talk on the evening's sake topic, followed by a 45-minute tasting of 37 different labels. Appetizers are served in the final hours to explore aspects of food and sake pairing.
